Bogdan Yakimov took part in the grand opening of a new ice rink in Svetogorsk, which was constructed in accordance with the Gazprom for Children program. Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko and Chairman of the Gazprom Board Alexei Miller declared the stadium open via a video conference.
The building, with a total area of over 3.4 thousand square meters houses, an ice rink, a gym and changing rooms. The new health and recreation center is designed, among other things, for people with limited mobility.
On the ice of the new arena, the SKA forward held a master-class for young players in the Vyborg District of the Leningrad Region, and after the training session he presented souvenirs from the club and talked to the guys.
