The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has decided which players were the best of the past week.
Danila Galenyuk of SKA is the best defenseman. In three matches, he registered three (1+2) points for SKA, gaining a plus/minus rating of +5. He also landed four hits.
SKA teammate Kirill Marchenko is the top rookie. In two away KHL matches, Kirill scored two goals, with the marker against HC Kunlun Red Star in China being the winner. He tallied a plus/minus rating of +2 and was on the ice for an average time of nine minutes and 57 seconds.
The best goalkeeper is Timur Bilyalov of Ak Bars and the best forward is Lokomotiv Yaroslavl's Anton Lander.
