The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has revealed the best players of the past playing week.
SKA representative Igor Ozhiganov has been named the best defenseman. In three matches he registered three (1+2) points for SKA, while also tallying a positive plus/minus rating (+4) in all of those particular games, nine shots on target, four hits and two blocked shots. He spent an average of 18 minutes and 23 seconds on the ice.
The best goalkeeper is Dynamo Moscow's Alexander Yeryomenko, Damir Zhafyarov of Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod is the top forward and fellow Torpedo forward Ivan Chekhovich has been crowned the best rookie.
