Joonas Kemppainen is a SKA player!

SKA Hockey Club have signed a contract with Finnish national team forward Joonas Kemppainen. The agreement will run for one year until the completion of the 2019/2020 campaign.

Joonas Kemppainen was born on April 7, 1988 in Finland. He stands 191 cm tall and weighs 103 kg, playing as a centre forward. Alongside Finnish clubs, Joonas has represented the Boston Bruins, Sibir Novosibirsk and Salavat Yulaev Ufa. Joonas is a two-time Finnish champion, a KHL bronze medalist and scored more winning goals than any other player in the 2018/2019 KHL season. He has competed at the Olympic Games and World Championship.

During the 2018/2019 KHL campaign, Joonas made 76 appearances for Salavat Yulaev Ufa, tallying 47 (27+20) points.
