Lars Johansson and Andrei Kuzmenko are the best KHL players of December!

The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has revealed which players were the best of December 2021.

SKA's Lars Johansson has been named the best goalkeeper. The 34-year-old Swede achieved seven victories in eight games, recording a save percentage of 94.71%, a goals against average of 1.36 and one shutout.

Fellow SKA representative Andrei Kuzmenko is the best forward. Andrei tallied 15 (5+10) points in 10 appearances, three hits and one blocked shot. He also drew five fouls out of opposing teams.

The top defenseman is Ak Bars Kazan's Steven Kampfer and the best rookie is Avangard Omsk forward Arseniy Gritsyuk.
