Changes have been made to the SKA management structure. In accordance with the decision made by the club’s board of directors, general manager Roman Rotenberg has also been named the chief executive officer. Andrei Tochitsky is moving to the role of executive director.
Over the past 10 years, SKA have become a leader of the Kontinental Hockey League in terms of results on the ice, commercial income and the amount of players called up to Russian national teams of different ages. With the comprehensive support of Gazprom, SKA have won two Gagarin Cups, two Continental Cups and have qualified for the Western Conference final on six consecutive occasions. SKA have even more ambitious sporting and commercial goals for the future, and the changes to the management structure are aimed at achieving a maximum amount of success in all areas.
