The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has revealed which players were the best of the past playing week.
Magnus Hellberg of SKA has been named the best goaltender. In two victorious matches, the Swede only conceded the one goal, recording a 97.30% save percentage, a goals against average of 0.50 and one shutout. He didn't concede a goal for 102 minutes and 43 seconds.
Fellow SKA representative Vladimir Tkachyov is the best forward. In two games, Vladimir tallied five (3+2) points, a +3 plus/minus rating, 10 shots on goal and two hits. His first goal against Jokerit (4:1) turned out to be the winner.
Vyacheslav Voynov of Avangard Omsk is the best defenseman and Severstal Cherepovets forward Dmitry Shugaev is the top rookie.
