SKA Hockey Club have signed a contract with forward Linden Vey, who previously played for CSKA Moscow. He has moved to Saint Petersburg as a free agent. The agreement runs for two seasons until 30 April 2022. Linden will play with the number 12 on his jersey.
Linden Vey, born on 17 July 1991 in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan, stands 183 centimeters tall and weighs 86 kilograms. He is a bronze medalist of the Olympic Games. In the NHL, Linden played for Los Angeles, Vancouver and Calgary, registering a grand total of 44 points in 138 games. He has represented Barys and CSKA in the KHL, winning the Gagarin Cup with the latter in 2019. Overall, Linden has tallied 155 (46+109) points in 180 KHL matches. Linden scored 14 goals and dished out 36 assists in the 2019/2020 KHL campaign, competing in 56 games.
