The Kontinental Hockey League has revealed which players were the best of the past playing week.
16-year-old SKA forward Matvei Michkov has been named the best rookie. In three matches, Matvei picked up three (2+1) points, with all of them having been registered in SKA's large 9:2 home victory against Admiral Vladivostok in Saint Petersburg. His average ice time during the week was nine minutes and 56 seconds.
The best goalkeeper is CSKA Moscow's Ivan Fedotov, Dynamo Moscow representative Vyacheslav Voynov is the top defenseman and Kalle Kossila of Jokerit Helsinki is the best forward.
