For the first time in KHL history, two SKA defensemen (Alexander Nikishin and Igor Ozhiganov) have scored a minimum of 10 goals during one regular season.
In 58 games so far this season, Nikishin has picked up 50 (10+40) points. He has consequently become the first SKA defenseman to tally at least 50 points in one regular season campaign.
Vladislav Podyapolsky made his 250th KHL appearance. So far, the 27-year-old has registered 81 victories, 11 shutouts and 544 conceded goals.
