In the 2019/2020 season, SKA will play in Adizero jerseys from Adidas. SKA will be the first KHL club to wear jerseys which have been created in accordance with the latest technologies.
The new jerseys are made from the latest materials, taking into account all features of ice hockey. First of all, the Adizero jerseys are lighter due to the structure of the fabric, as well as the perforation which is used for the numbers and the lighter club logo. Another distinguishing feature is the breathability and also the moisture removal. The fabric used for the jerseys is more durable and wear-resistent.
For the design, some changes have been made to the jersey, but the colour scheme and the format remain recognisable. The cut of the gate has been changed - it has become semicircular. The numbers on both the back and the sleeves will be perforated. The font for the numbers and the surnames will also be changed.
The new jerseys were given to the players on August 24 during the team presentation. The team will try them out in two matches against Jokerit and Torpedo at the Nikolai Puchkov Memorial Tournament, which is currently being played in Saint Petersburg.
In the near future, they will go on sale at the Hockey Club stores and online at shop.ska.ru.
