At the SKA Hockey City, Vladimir Yurzinov hosted a seminar for SKA Academy players. This isn't the first year when Vladimir, an honoured Russian ice hockey coach and chairman of the MHL board, has put on such seminars. Players of the HC Drozdetskiy, SKA-Strelna, SKA-Varyagi and SKA SDYUSHOR were at the event, along with SKA Academy sporting director Ilya Gorbushin.

During the seminar, Vladimir showed archive video footage from the USSR national team's training with the late Anatoly Tarasov and Arkady Chernyshev coaching and displayed modern training material involving exercises which improve players's puck dribbling ability. In the meeting, matters concerning players' preparation, technical aspects and team qualities were discussed.

The event ended with a group photo, autographs and a meeting with Oleg Znarok for the young players in attendance.
