SKA became the first club in KHL regular season history to boast a positive goal difference of more than a thousand with 2652 scored goals (including winning penalty shots) and 1650 conceded markers.

This game marked SKA's 400th home match in the KHL regular season. In those matches, our players have registered 289 victories, 111 defeats and a positive goal difference of 1380-789.

In 150 competitive appearances for SKA, defenseman Igor Ozhiganov has tallied 67 (18+49) points.

Forward Marat Khairullin scored his maiden hat-trick for SKA. Interestingly, he only required three KHL matches to earn his first hat-trick for our team, a new club record. Vladimir Tarasenko held the previous SKA record after scoring his first hat-trick for our team during his fifth appearance.

Furthermore, this marked Khairullin's first hat-trick in the KHL. Previously, he had scored two goals in one game for Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk on five occasions. Marat also became the 20th player to score a minimum of three goals in one KHL game for SKA.

Defenseman Alexander Nikishin has now dished out assists in three successive appearances, a new personal KHL record.

Stanislav Galimov became the first KHL goalkeeper to face four penalty shots against SKA in regulation time. Artemiy Panarin is the only player to have converted one of those penalty shots, with Ilya Kovalchuk, Roman Cervenka and now Dmitry Buchelnikov all missing. It's also worth noting that Galimov is the fourth goaltender in the KHL to concede a minimum of 70 goals against SKA.
