SKA Hockey Club continues to support institutions in the fight against the coronavirus infection.
Thanks to the sales of the original Black Line jerseys, which were used at the start of the 2020/2021 KHL season, SKA sent money to the No.5 Children's City hospital.
The proceeds from the jersey sales will be used to improve the neurological department. During the pandemic, the hospital was one of the most busy institutions of the north-west concerning the treatment of children and newborns with COVID-19. Previously, on 29 August 2020, SKA raised one million rubles for the hospital during the "Thank You Doctors" exhibition match.
Fans can purchase these jerseys at the Hockey Club store at 23 Nevsky Prospect, consequently helping one of the medical institutions in Saint Petersburg. The jersey is made in black with the addition of elements of red, the club's logo and wide stripes on the sleeves and collar. One of the distinctive features of the jersey is the enlarged game numbers on the sleeves, which are outlined in white for better visibility. The jersey has the “Thank You Doctors. Your Work is our Life." phrase inscribed on it. In this way, SKA continues to thank all medical professionals whose invaluable dedication has helped, and is still helping, to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
