SKA have signed a contract with Vadim Shipachyov

SKA have signed a contract with Russian national team forward Vadim Shipachyov. The agreement will run until the completion of the 2017/2018 campaign. Vadim is a 2015 and 2017 KHL Gagarin Cup champion. In 2017, he also won the Russian championship.
Vadim Shipachyov is a forward born on the 12th of March 1987. He came through the Cherepovets ice hockey system, before playing for Severstal, SKA and the Las Vegas Golden Knights. He was the top scorer of the 2016 World Championship. In the KHL, Vadim had earned 481 points (159+322) in 527 appearances. 279 of those points (85+194) have come in 279 SKA matches. He has played for the Russian national team on 116 occasions, taking 94 points (28+66).
