SKA Hockey Club have signed a new contract with MHL Kharlamov Cup champion Kirill Kirsanov. The agreement with the defenseman runs until 30 April 2025.

Kirill Kirsanov was born on 19 September 2002 in Tver, Russia. He joined the SKA system in 2019, subsequently playing for SKA-1946 and SKA-Neva in the MHL and VHL respectively. Kirill made his debut for the senior SKA team on 23 September 2020, and he has now already made 60 KHL appearances and dished out eight assists. In April 2022, Kirill won the Kharlamov Cup with SKA-1946. On the international scene, he has won the 2019 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, the 2018 World Challenge Cup and the 2021 Euro Hockey Tour. He participated at the 2021 World Junior Championship.
