With 70 assists to his name, Dinar Khafizullin has made more assists than any other SKA defenseman in KHL regular seasons. Dmitry Kalinin was the previous record holder with 69 assists to his name.
Dinar's assists have resulted in goals against 25 different opponents in the KHL. He is only yet to register a regular season assist against Vityaz Podolsk and HC Sochi.
The majority of his assists have been tallied in matches against Dinamo Minsk (9) and Jokerit Helsinki (7). 55 of his 70 assists have arrived at equal strength, 15 on the powerplay, 33 at home and 37 on the road.
Dinar now boasts 108 (25+83) points for SKA. He is third in the all-time ranking among SKA defensemen, trailing only Anton Belov (119) and Dmitry Kalinin (130).
Furthermore, he now holds 150 (36+114) points in 563 overall KHL appearances, having previously earned 42 (11+31) points in the league when representing Vityaz.
Spartak Moscow's goal in the third period was the 100th which SKA have conceded in 52 KHL matches between the two clubs. The Muscovites have become the third KHL club to score a minimum of 100 goals against SKA, following in the footsteps of fellow capital teams Dynamo Moscow (163) and CSKA Moscow (176). Defenseman Dmitry Vishnevsky played a part in four of Spartak's five markers against SKA in the 2020/2021 regular season.
Slovakian goalkeeper Julius Hudacek is the first foreign goaltender to concede at least 50 goals against SKA in the KHL. So far, Hudacek has let in 36 goals in 16 games against SKA for Spartak, while in the past he had conceded 15 in five matches for Severstal Cherepovets against our club.
