SKA have conceded 300 defeats in 939 KHL matches. 136 of them have been at home, 164 on the road, 209 in regulation, 49 in overtime and 42 in penalty shootouts. Across all 17 teams which have participated in the 14 seasons of the KHL, SKA lasted longer than anyone else without suffering 300 losses. Almost 30% of the defeats were conceded in games against Lokomotiv Yaroslavl (21 losses), Dynamo Moscow (35 losses) and CSKA Moscow (42 losses).
Forward Emil Galimov made his 500th KHL appearance. So far, he has picked up 193 (92+101) points, with 30 (13+17) of them having been earned in 67 SKA matches.
Lars Johansson became the first goalkeeper in the KHL to play in games against both SKA and CSKA for both organisations. At the same time, fellow Swedish goaltender Adam Reideborn tallied his maiden KHL shutout against SKA.
When he used to play for CSKA, Johansson picked up four shutouts in games against our team. Johansson and Reideborn are the only two out of 18 Swedish goalkeepers to have registered shutouts against SKA in the KHL.
CSKA forward Konstantin Okulov (11+10) became the 15th KHL player to pick up a minimum of 20 points against SKA in the league.
