On March 13th, the government of Saint Petersburg introduced new measures in order to control the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), with any social event which hosts more than one thousand (1,000) people banned between March 16th-April 30th.
SKA Hockey Club consequently announces that all tickets purchased for the second round of the 2019/2020 KHL Gagarin Cup playoffs will be refunded in full. The process will begin on Monday 16 March and will depend on the place of purchase.
- tickets.ska.ru: Refunds will automatically be issued to the card used for the purchase;
- Hockey Club stores: Starting from Monday, you must go to the store where you bought your tickets, and you have to have your passport with you;
- kassir.ru: You must go to the ticket outlet where you purchased your ticket or use the online support service offered by kassir.ru.
"All Inclusive" season ticket holders will receive information concerning refunds through an email.
SKA plays for the fans. Throughout the entire season, you roared the team to victory, and your support is a hugely important part of the club's life. However, at this moment in time, the current situation calls for certain measures to be put in place. For us, the main thing is your health and safety. We kindly ask you to treat this situation with understanding.
All games will be broadcasted online for citizens of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region, and they will also be shown on KHL TV and Match TV in Russia. The team wants to win, and we feel your support! We hope that in the near future, the situation will improve, and we will see the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace full again.
