SKA Hockey Club will play HC Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the second round of the 2018/2019 KHL Gagarin Cup playoffs.
On Friday, SKA competed a 4:2 first round series victory against Spartak Moscow, while Lokomotiv had defeated HC Sochi by the same score a day earlier.
In the regular season, the teams met four times, with SKA claiming three victories (2:0, 4:0, 4:0) and Lokomotiv winning the one match 1:0 in overtime.
The series will start with two matches in Saint Petersburg on the 13th and 15th of March, before it moves to Yaroslavl for the next two games on the 17th and 19th of March. If needed, game five will be played in Saint Petersburg (March 21), the sixth will be at the Arena-2000 in Yaroslavl (March 23), and the seventh at the Ice Palace (March 25).
