The Nikolai Puchkov Memorial Tournament is starting at the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace today, with SKA, HC Sochi, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, Avangard Omsk, Kunlun Red Star Beijing and Severstal Cherepovets all participating at the competition. It will end on August 28.
